Delivery – important information

This item is too large and heavy to be delivered in a parcel by any of the UK parcel providers so delivery will take place via a specialist door-to-door courier

When delivery takes place, it will be to inside of the threshold of your home only. However this service is usually only undertaken by a one-man delivery service and the courier will not be able to carry the furniture up or down multiple steps to access your property.

Please therefore be prepared to help the courier move the item from the delivery van to just inside your door. You will also need to supply a strong helper to assist on the day of delivery.

After the courier has left, you will also need to remove the item from its packaging and carry it from your doorway into your home or garden.
