Spanish Antique Confit Pot Green | Julieta

Over 100 years old these beautiful old pots were used to store food.  Their glazed interior and unglazed porous exterior indicates that this pot would have been buried in the soil and the cooling effect of the soil would have refrigerated the food inside (hence the glaze to the interior only).

The green glaze to the interior is perished and distressed and would no longer hold water.  A truly beautiful decorative antique.  Please expect vintage condition with chips and imperfections aplenty.
