A fabulous antique marble mortar. A wonderful decorative item for your kitchen shelving or kitchen island or arranged as part of a display on a sideboard or console table.

Stone mortars are very collectable and look fabulous simply left empty or planted with a selection of small alpine plants.

This antique mortar is rustic with a few small imperfections but is still fully functional. The original pestle has become mislaid somewhere along the way unfortunately – however, the marble mortar is beautiful in its own right and would make a fantastic decorative addition to your home.
