Delivery – important information

Delivery will take place via door-to-door courier as this item is too large and heavy to be delivered in a parcel by any of the UK parcel providers.

When delivery takes place, it will be inside the threshold of your home only. This service is generally undertaken by a one-man delivery service. The courier cannot carry the furniture up or down multiple steps to access your property.

Please therefore be prepared to help the courier move the item from the van to just inside your door. You will need to supply a strong helper to assist on the day of delivery.

Once the courier has left, you will also need to remove the item from its packaging and carry it from your doorway into your home or garden.
