Vintage Galvanised Metal Garden Trough

Lovely vintage continental galvanised metal planting troughs, perfect for patio herbs or with your favourite summer plants.

These vintage condition planters have a smooth side design and sometimes have an internal metal handle.  Sometimes there is a drainage hole in the bottom but if there is not one you may wish to add your own drainage holes by simply drilling a few through.  They are deep enough to simply add a few grow bags or compost and add some vegetable seedlings, tomato plants and beans would thrive in one of these.  We love the idea of filling them with wildflowers too.
