The shelving is a charming and original piece with a wonderful smooth and weathered patina. This unique shelving unit is a fully restored antique.

Its tactile timbers have been carefully sanded and then sympathetically restored, allowing the age and beauty of the timber to be revealed. Imperfections and historic marks are not generally sanded from the surface but are left visible to celebrate the age and history of the item.

Historic woodworm holes may be evident and will have been treated. Minor variations and imperfections are therefore to be expected and embraced.

Courier Delivery

Delivery will take place via door-to-door courier as this item is too large and heavy, long or fragile to be delivered in a parcel by any of the UK parcel providers.

This service is undertaken by a one-man delivery service.

Please, therefore, be prepared to help to move this heavy item from the van or lorry to just inside your door. When delivery takes place it will be to just inside the threshold of your home only.

The courier will not be able to carry the furniture up or down steps to access your property.

You will also need to supply a strong helper to assist on the day of delivery as removing this from the lorry is a job for two extremely strong people.

After the courier has left you will need to remove the item from its packaging when present and carry it from your doorway into your home or garden.

Delivery is added at the checkout – you can view this charge before you pay.
