Antique Female Portrait | Oil Painting by Ann Le Bas – From the studio sale of Anne Le Bas (1923-2020)

An original oil on canvas by (Rachel) Ann Le Bas.

Born in Surrey in 1923 she studied at the City & Guilds of London Art School.  She was elected into the Royal Society of Painters-Etchers, the Art Workers Guild and from 1995-1999 was Master of the Somerset Guild of Craftsmen.

Her work has been exhibited widely across the United Kingdom and has prints represented in the Fitzwilliam Museum and many private collections.

A truly original piece.
