Antique French Shop Counter Glazed Fronted Cabinet Kitchen Island
A beautiful shop counter which could be used in a visual merchandising environment.
These shop counters make fabulous kitchen islands.
This counter is made from solid oak.  The back and top have been painted in black and the front and sides are in original unrestored oak. Please expect the condition to be as per a piece of furniture of 100 years old.  Each glazed panel is original and has a bevelled edge which make this piece absolutely unique. The cabinet has an oak shelf, which can be removed if needed to make an entirely open cabinet.

Homebarn has been described as ‘The New Curiosity Shop’ and houses a vast collection of furniture and home accessories including locally built reclaimed dining tables, antique cabinets, vintage coffee tables, mirrors, vintage drawers, quirky office pieces and lighting.
We specialise in bespoke reclaimed and salvaged timber dining tables &Â reclaimed wooden cabinets. Â Our team regularly source unique, one of a kind vintage furniture such as haberdashery cabinets and apothecary drawers for both trade and domestic markets.
Homebarn is situated just 25 Miles west of London in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Chiltern Hills . The River Thames runs through the historic market town of Marlow just a mile along the road. Marlow and nearby Henley on Thames are worth a visit for their lovely shops café’s and notable Michelin starred restaurants.  Nearby you will find the renowned Rebellion Brewery which is open daily for wine and beer tasting and brewery tours.
Almost everything is online so you don’t need to leave the house to pay us a visit! However, if you really want to have the full Homebarn experience then you will have to visit us and perhaps go for a country walk, have a pub lunch and buy some fresh eggs from the on-site farm shop. If you fancy a day out in the countryside then Homebarn is well worth a proper old fashioned browse.  We welcome muddy dogs and we also have a play table for small children.
Home Barn is open to the public 10am-4pm Tuesday to Saturday and 11am to 4pm on Sundays.
