Antique Spanish Passata Bowl | Large

A Spanish terracotta bowl with dark and pale green hues from the early to mid 1900’s. This bowl from Valencia and is round in shape with a steeply tapered profile. There are lovely old repairs displayed about the exterior, and interior is highlighted with the glazed colouring in muted green with wonderful imperfections, chips and crackles.

The exterior is unglazed, natural and unfinished. The bowl has a wonderful aged patina, showing unique imperfections and signs of historic use. This antique Spanish bowl would make a lovely decorative object, displayed in a kitchen or on a console table and would be fabulous for displaying fruit and vegetables.
