Our Large Antique Cabinet | Edward features clean lines and is of antique origin being over 100 years old.  The patina of this weathered wood cabinet is exquisite being lightly distressed to reveal pale timber below a dark original paintwork. Dark furnture is a very exciting choice bringing a huge amount of interest to an interiors scheme.

Each of our antique cabinets has a rustic finish but also clean lines and a modern rustic aesthetic. The aged timbers are of solid hardwood (elm).

This item is a great size with bags of storage and internal shelves.  A perfect solution to store items within the home.  We think this would make an excellent sideboard, dresser or island.

Please do not expect this piece to be perfect, as with any antique there are signs of its historical use.  This item is fully restored but with a clear focus on retaining the original aesthetic. We feel the rustic wood finish just adds to its character.  Minor variations and imperfections are to be expected and embraced.

Delivery of Large Antique Cabinet | Edward

Delivery will need to take place either with a specialist door-to-door courier or on a pallet.  This item is too large and heavy to be delivered in a parcel by any of the UK parcel providers.

When delivery takes place on a pallet it will be to the curbside and you will need to remove the item from its packaging and carry it from your threshold and into your home or garden.  Please see our terms and conditions at the bottom of our home page to understand what is involved in pallet delivery.

When delivery takes place via courier, please be prepared to help to move the item from the van to just inside your door.

If you are in Wales, North of England, Devon and Cornwall or East coast, Northumberland, Cumbria, North Yorkshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Lancashire and occasionally other areas a surcharge may apply. Once you have checked out will be in touch with you within two working days to discuss any surcharges which may be applicable, we try not to make additional charges but sometimes minimal additional charges will apply.
