Description

A beautiful Antique French Armchair with a deconstructed look from the late 1800s to early 1900’s.  The back upholstery has been removed to reveal the fabulously chic timber construction and vintage stitching.  The seat has been stripped to reveal the original hessian seat lining. These occasional chairs have the modern rustic look.  Because of their stripped-back look they would look fab in a country house or modern apartment.  Beautiful in a bedroom, bathroom, living room and studies.

Hand stitched and traditionally upholstered with upholstery pins on show these are the ultimate decorative antique.  Elegant turned timber legs to the front and simple legs to the rear.  The construction of the chair is revealed at the back.
