Our zinc topped garden tables are perfectly at home indoors as well as outdoors.  They are newly made but have a lovely traditional vintage look.  Hand made in the UK.

The iron bases are painted in weatherproof gloss paint which will over time rust a little and age beautifully. Small rust spots may be evident upon delivery. You could, of course, re-paint the legs as often as you wish with exterior metalwork paint of your choice.  The tops of these tables are beautifully rustic and will darken to a deep grey over time.  The artisan who hand makes these tables will sometimes alter the design of the base slightly to suit the aesthetic of the size of the table top and to ensure the table is strong and stable.

Zinc is a natural product it is not stainless steel – over time patination will occur and the tables will take on a verdigris appearance, litchen may form and natural oxidiation occurs with exposure to the elements.  Initially the odd mark from bird scatter or acidic or alkaline products such wine, beer and vinegar will will make marks to the surface.   The overall effect will become more and more beautiful over time as the top weathers and wears with use.  On very hot days the table surface, being solid metal will become hot, in the same way as your car bonnet does in the sun, you may wish to use an umbrella to shade the table during hot weather.

Delivery Costs

In respect of delivery we welcome collections from Homebarn.  Please select ‘collection’ option at checkout.

Should you require a delivery the price will be added at the checkout.  This is normally a palletised delivery costing £95 for the two smallest tables shown above (180×70, 200×80, 200×90)

The other larger tables are too big to be send on a pallet and you will require a delivery by hand in order to receive them. For 245×80 and 245×90 and 295 x 90 tables please contact us with your full address and postcode for a delivery quotation.
