Shipping Charges

As this item is too large to be delivered by parcel it will be delivered by either pallet or by a one-man courier.  Shipping costs are added at the checkout.

When a pallet delivery is applicable, the item will be delivered to the curbside. You will need to unpack and move the item from there.  You will need to dispose of the pallet. 

Please see our terms and conditions at the bottom of our home page to understand what is involved in pallet deliveries. When the delivery takes place by courier the delivery will be to the ground floor and just inside your front door.

Surcharges may occasionally apply for certain areas. Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, Northumberland, Cumbria, North Yorkshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Lancashire and occasionally other areas. Once you have checked out we will be in touch with you within two working days to discuss any surcharges which may be applicable.
