Our Antique Black Sideboard Blake is a truly stunning statement piece. An original antique, it is over 100 years old. This unique item’s patina is exquisite and has been lightly distressed to reveal pale timber below its original paintwork. Crafted from solid elm, this piece is a unique antique.

Each of our antique cabinets and sideboards has a rustic finish but also clean lines and the modern rustic feel that we love at Home Barn.

This sideboard is a fabulous size with bags of storage and internal shelves.  A perfect solution for storing many items within the home. We think this would make an excellent sideboard, dresser or island.

Please do not expect this piece to be perfect, as with any antique there are signs of its historical use. This sideboard is fully restored but with a clear focus on retaining the original aesthetic. We feel the rustic wood finish adds to its character. Minor variations and imperfections are therefore to be expected and embraced.

Delivery – important information

Delivery will take place via door-to-door courier as this item is too large and heavy to be delivered in a parcel by any of the UK parcel providers.

When delivery takes place, it will be to inside the threshold of your home only. This service is undertaken by a one-man delivery service. The courier will not be able to carry the furniture up or down multiple steps to access your property.

Please therefore be prepared to help the courier to move the item from the van to just inside your door. You will also need to supply a strong helper to assist on the day of delivery.

After the courier has left, you will also need to remove the item from its packaging and carry it from your doorway into your home or garden.
