Our fabulous large salvaged cabinet is a truly stunning statement piece. This unique item’s patina is exquisite and lightly distressed to reveal stunning pale timbers below its original paintwork. The fabulous pale timbers have been stripped back by hand, to allow the wood to show through. The remains of the original black paint still feature on the wood – part of its vintage appeal.

Each of our unique cabinets and sideboards has a rustic finish but also clean lines and the modern rustic feel that we love at Home Barn.

This cabinet is a fabulous size and is perfect for a kitchen or hallway – the double cupboards offer bags of useful storage.  A perfect solution for storing many items within the home.

Please do not expect this piece to be perfect, there are signs of its historical use. This sideboard is fully restored but with a clear focus on retaining the original aesthetic. We feel the rustic wood finish adds to its character. Minor variations and imperfections are therefore to be expected and embraced.

Courier Delivery

Delivery will take place via door-to-door courier as this item is too large and heavy, long or fragile to be delivered in a parcel by any of the UK parcel providers.

This service is undertaken by a one-man delivery service.

Please therefore be prepared to help to move this heavy item from the van or lorry to just inside your door. When delivery takes place it will be to just inside the threshold of your home only.

The courier will not be able to carry the furniture up or down steps to access your property.

You will also need to supply a strong helper to assist on the day of delivery as removing this from the lorry is a job for two extremely strong people.

After the courier has left you will need to remove the item from its packaging when present and carry it from your doorway into your home or garden.

Delivery is added at the checkout – you will be able to view this charge before you pay.
