Antique Elm Coffee Table Dahl

Our beautiful pale wood antique elm coffee table has a wonderful rustic weathered top. This is a charming and original item crafted from solid elm, featuring stunning pale hardwood timbers as though bleached by the sun over time.

It has all the wonderful characteristics you would expect from timber that is over a hundred years old. The timber is soft, tactile and smooth to the touch. Its lovely weathered appearance features cracks, knots and rustic details that in our opinion only make it more lovely. The timbers have been carefully sanded in a way that still allows the age of the timbers to be revealed. Imperfections and historic marks are generally not sanded from the surface and are left on show to celebrate the age of this item.  

Please therefore expect rustic imperfections and weathered details and surface features to bear the marks of the passage of time. Please also refer to all the additional images of the antique coffee table for more details.

Courier Delivery

Delivery will take place via door-to-door courier as this item is too large and heavy, long or fragile to be delivered in a parcel by any of the UK parcel providers.

This service is undertaken by a one man delivery service.

Please therefore be prepared to help to move this heavy item from the van or lorry to just inside your door. When delivery takes place it will be to just inside the threshold of your home only.

The courier will not be able to carry the furniture up or down steps to access your property.

You will also need to supply a strong helper to assist on the day of delivery as removing this from the lorry is a job for two extremely strong people.

After the courier has left you will need to remove the item from its packaging when present and carry it from your doorway into your home or garden.

Delivery is added at the checkout – you will be able to view this charge before you pay.
